Meet Our Staff


Brother Hugh	Brother Hugh is the founder and President of Make It Clear Ministries. His voice has been heard on radios around our nation since the program first aired in 1991. He graduated from Fairmont State University and works as a R.N. Brother Hugh has written most of the tracts provided by our Ministry. Bro. Hugh is the Grandson of Rev. Earl H. Merritt, who preached for over 50 years in the Baker Florida (Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties) area. Pastor Merritt was on the ordaining councel when Brother Hugh was ordained in 1984. Brother Hugh also attended Florida Bible College in the 70's.	Questions
David	David Has been the vice president of Make It Clear Ministries since its incorporation. He is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College with a B.A. in psychology. He currently teaches high school English and science in Hillsborough County, FL. David's wife Dianna is now on staff at Make It Clear Ministries. David has also worked in the AWANA program since 1996. In 2006, David wrote a book entitled All Roads Lead To Rhyme - This is a book of poetry with a scriptural emphasis. -It also has some tips for those who desire to start writing as well as some useful information for other teachers. Benjamin	Benjamin has been a Board Member since the incorporation of MIC Ministries. Benjamin's job description has varied depending on the needs of MIC, but He has always been a big help and encouragement to the ministry. He has helped to make vital decisions. He is very business minded, and has a love for the Lord. ***Benjamin recently graduated in January of 2006 with a degree in programming.	Radio
Norman	Norman is a Board Member and currently head of our Baker, FL operations. Norman attended Baptist Bible Institute in Graceville Florida, which is currently known as Baptist College of Florida. Norman has been a loyal supporter of MIC since its inception in 1991.	Memory
Joyce	Joyce is currently both our secretary and treasurer at MIC Ministries. Joyce attended Baptist Bible Institute in Graceville Florida. Joyce is a tremendous blessing to our Ministry.	Spiritual gifts
Dianna Director of Youth Outreach	Dianna is our Director of Youth Outreach. She has been helping with Make It Clear Ministries website since she married David in 2005. Dianna currently works at a library. She used to teach high school computer classes and work in the office at the school where David teaches. She still volunteers there in order to help organize their library. Dianna is currently working on her web development degree Dianna has been working in the AWANA program since 2005. Dianna grew up in a family of 12 children. She is in charge of all of the children's pages on Make It Clear. She currently has coloring pages and craft pages and hopes to add many more!
