We now have the Thank you tract

We have the Thank You tract from the printers. I forgot to mention it earlier. It seems to be a pretty popular tract for us. You can use it when you leave a tip at a restraunt, whenever someone helps you out such as a repair man or if someone helps you out when you break down on the highway. The possibilities are endless. Contact us if you are interested in giving these tracts out.

The "Superman Celebration 2007"

Another Superman celebration has come and gone. Brother Hugh made a trip to meet with many of his friends and other Superman fans from around the world. This year the entire Make it Clear staff was able to go to the celebration. This year the guests were Helen Slater who played Supergirl in the 1984 movie, Noel Neil who was the original Lois Lane on film, and Jerry Maren who played one of the Molemen in the original George Reeves movie called "Superman and the Molemen". Brother Hugh has wanted Metropolis to have Supergirl at the celebration for many years now. She came this year to the delight of the fans.

You might be surprised as to how many Christians show up at the Superman Celebration each year. This is a great opportunity to share with others the love of Jesus Christ.

March 2007 NEWS

- Recently Brother David and his wife Dianna were able to read the book Fighting For Dear Life by attorney David Gibbs.

- This book shows the side of the story that the media failed to report, as often happens. For those of us who paid close attention to the coverage of Terri Schiavo's fight for life it remains to be a very important subject. I hope this book will be as strong of a reminder to everyone else as it is to us that every life is well worth fighting for.

- David Gibbs took a leap of faith in 2003 when Bob and Mary Schindler, Teri Schiavo's parents, asked him to represent them in their desperate battle to save their daughter's life. Taking the case, Gibbs embarked on a compelling journey that would forever change his life. He watched Terri fade away in her final days and was with Mary Schindler the last time she saw Terri alive. He witnessed what the media did not see or report: that Terri was not a vegetable; that she laughed, cried, and responded to verbal commands; and that yes, her life was very much worth saving.
